Itinerary
Our exclusive Outer Reef Expedition showcases some of the most untouched and incredible areas of our World Heritage Listed backyard! Due to the nature of this product, each expedition is carefully planned based on the forecasted weather, tides, winds and season.
With over 30 years experience in the Whitsundays region, our expert team has scouted, and carefully selected what we believe to be the best, most diverse and healthy coral reef systems accessible. We aim to give you a varied selection of reefs, including picturesque lagoon and garden reef systems to reef crest and slopes for the avid divers.
Some of the reef systems available to visit on our 5 Day 4 Night expedition are Bait Reef, Seagull Reef, Kennedy Reef, Elizabeth Reef, Wansfell Reef and Net Reef. These locations vary from 5-9 hours from Coral Sea Marina. Due to the locations of these reefs, all Outer Reef Expeditions are heavily weather dependant. Should our team deem forecast conditions to be a safety risk, alternative arrangements will be made and communicated with you as soon as possible.
